So long a love Letter between our client and CEO but hey…it’s worth the read!
I trust this mail meets you well. We appreciate the tips given in the past which helped us relate very well with our nanny.
Please I request for the services of another nanny.
Sadly, the one currently with us has requested to go home to her family (in the East) after 2 years.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Our CEO replied;
Good evening Ma’am,
Thank you so much for the feedback!
It is heartwarming to learn about your Nanny…pls do let her know we will like her to visit us before she travels to the east.
I have copied Ms. Helen in this mail, she will schedule fresh interviews for you.
I will also forward our updated terms to you.
Could you pls help us to identify how the tips we gave you helped in managing your Nanny for two years?
We are looking forward to exceeding our previous record with you.
Thank you for your mail.
Please find below some tips that really helped me:
To control anger…You personally taught me to resort to sending texts in some cases, instead of talking in anger.
To forgive and not to be quick to make drastic decisions.
Not to use their personal information against them (if they are widows, uneducated, etc.) Learn to thank and appreciate them.
Communicate clearly and draw them close.
Be patient in teaching them and be realistic in your expectations.
I got along well with my nanny,(for as far as I know, I am only human 🙂 ) and I really enjoyed her services.
Thank you very much.
